Like most soon to be married couples, we were stressed out and on a tight budget.
My fiancee and I, back then, had little time to devote to our wedding planning. We were both to busy working. But, I think our biggest problem was that there was so many things to do and we didn’t know where to start from. It was just so over whelming.
The weeks went by and the wedding got closer and closer and of course the stress got bigger and bigger. The stress got so bad that we starting getting into meaningless arguments. I decided enough was enough and took two weeks off from work to educate myself on what was actually involved in planning a wedding.
We invested in many different kinds of wedding magazines, joined wedding forums on the Internet, bought two books from Amazon and bought a very helpful e-book (Amazing Wedding Planning). Looking back, we devoted a lot of money and time into educating ourselves. But it was all worth it, because we discovered exactly what was needed to plan a beautiful wedding, while still staying within our budget.
