For those soon to be brides out there, who want to look and feel good on that special day… and want that beautiful dress to look even better on them, here are some tips:

FOCUS
First, think of what do you really want to focus on. Do you want to focus on the parts that will be showing (arms, back & shoulders) or do you want an overall body shaping? Do you want to be more flexible, or perhaps  loose some weight?

Second, how much time do you have to accomplish your goal? Are you getting married in 6 weeks or do you have a whole year to work on your goal?

Third, are you going to hire a hiring a personal trainer or going solo on this?
